Sport360° was the envy of many media outlets around the world last Friday when we accepted an invitation to conduct an exclusive interview with Argentine football legend Diego Maradona.

Over the course of three hours at his home on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, Maradona discussed a wide range of football topics, beginning with the challenges of managing UAE Pro League club Al Wasl and why he would be "honoured" to one day manage the UAE national team.

Taking a wander down memory lane, El Diego shed light on the greatest memories of his playing career, giving us a stunning blow-by-blow account of his "Goal of the Century" against England in the 1986 World Cup and telling us why he doesn't regret the now infamous Hand of God that put his country on the road to the semi-final.

The Argentine also cast his eye over the current European football scene, explaining why he believes the current Barcelona side is not the greatest ever, why Lionel Messi cannot yet be called the best player of all-time and why Jose Mourinho is a better coach than Pep Guardiola.

There is also insight into the English Premier League title race, the state of Italian football and why he pleaded with Atletico Madrid to splash the cash to keep his son-in-law Sergio Aguero at the Vicente Calderon.
